Matthew Elguezabal, Data Services Manager
Matthew Elguezabal leads Quantum Advisory’s Data Services Team, ensuring the delivery of accurate, high quality pensions data across a diverse range of schemes. He has extensive experience managing complex pensions data projects, including GMP rectification, benefit audits, data migrations, and large scale data quality improvement exercises.
Prior to joining Quantum, Matthew worked for both the BBC and Tesco pension schemes, where he was heavily involved in large scale data projects around specialist benefit structures, bulk calculations, bulk communications and data migrations following Mergers and Acquisitions.
Matthew is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute; he holds the PMI Diploma in International Employee Benefits and is a qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner in Project Management. He holds a degree in Modern History and Politics (BA) from the University of Warwick.
