Paul leads Quantum’s Investment Team in our London office His experience spans the full range of institutional investment services, including investment strategy, fund manager selection and fiduciary management. He has been an independent consultant and adviser to a broad selection of pension funds including some of the largest UK schemes.
He regularly publishes articles on key industry topics and has conducted academic research on governance models for investment decision making.
